Our family has been using Buklad Memoral home for generations. My mother's funeral was yesterday & it was absolutely beautiful! Chris & his staff were accommodating, warm & professional to say the least. I couldn't imagine anyone else but Chris handling these painful moments since he is so very sincere. Thank you Chris, Mary & the rest of your staff ❤️

Our family is very pleased with the attention, ease, high quality, professionalism, kindness, courtesy and dignity in every phone call, email, visit, and experience with the Buklad—Merino staff after the death of our beloved mother, Gloria Bertonis. We highly recommend their services, flawlessly delivered from start to finish including the coordination with Zack at Bucks County Cremation Services. And the presentation at the end of the urn and paperwork was dignified and simply elegant. Thank you all for all.

There are not enough words for me to express my sincere gratitude to both Chris and Mary for everything they do for the families at Buklad Merlino Memorial Homes. Unfortunately, my family has suffered many losses over the past years, each time leaving my family with many unanswered decisions during the most difficult and vulnerable times in our lives. I have worked with Mary and Chris three times, and from their personal care, empathy, and true professionalism, there is no one else I would trust. Time and time again, they have provided my family with an opportunity to say goodbye with the love and care of a service that honored the family members we lost. Despite the heartache our family is enduring, our final goodbyes did not become another source of pain. My advice for anyone who comes across this review: stop searching and know all the love and care you feel for your loved one will be honored, respected, by two individuals who care for each family as if they were a member of their own. We have used Buklad-Merlino services several times for family member services in. Now it was time for our mother and with great experiences with them from the past, we reached out again for Buklad-Merlino. I can not even express how happy we were with their service, going even father than we expected. They have addressed every concern we addressed with them expeditiously with sincere concern for our needs. I could not ask for anything more from their service to us. I strongly recommend Buklad-Merlino and even though I reside in Oklahoma, I still have family living in New Jersey and would not hesitate to reach out to them again for their services knowing everything will be in good hands. I cannot thank Chris, Mary and the entire staff at Buklad- Merlino Memorial Home enough for the care and compassion they showed my family during such a difficult time. From the very beginning, they were incredibly supportive, professional, and always available—day or night—to answer any questions or concerns we had. Their quick responses truly meant so much to us. They were also able to accommodate the time we wanted in a timely and respectful manner, making the entire process much easier during such a difficult time. They handled everything with such respect and attention to detail. Seeing my father, he looked just like himself, which brought us so much comfort and peace. That meant more to us than words can explain. The memorial home itself was beautiful and had more than enough space to comfortably accommodate all of our family and friends. I highly recommend Buklad- Merlino Memorial Home to anyone in need of their services. They truly go above and beyond, and we are forever grateful.

This is perhaps the most important business review I will ever write, because the people we rely upon to manage the farewell to our departed family members perform an enormously vital function. Every individual at Buklad-Merlino not only performed above and beyond for my father’s funeral, but demonstrated in countless ways how much they cared about him, our family and how he was honored and laid to rest. Chris and Mary not only saw to every detail with professionalism, accessibility and courtesy, but they comforted me as if they were family. As a result I and all of our family had the peace of mind to be fully present to honor and remember my father. If you are in need of support and dedication at that very tender time, I recommend them fully.
